Holiday Punch Card- Shop these local businesses and pick up a punch card for the holidays! When your card is full, fill out your information and leave with the store for your chance to win BIG! Punch Card promotion runs from November 21 through December 19. 

$700 in Chamber Bucks will be given away to shoppers. Three names will be drawn each week at Chamber Coffee beginning December 6 for $50 each with a final drawing for two $200 winners on December 20. 

Double punch days- Every Wednesday and Saturday. Other special double punch days- November 21 Christmas in Wayne, November 29 Black Friday, and November 30 Shop Small Saturday.

NEW THIS YEAR- Holiday Festival of Trees!

Whether you're a Wayne America Business, Community Group, or local resident with a passion for tree decorating, this is a revamp of the Fantasy Forest event held in year's past. Trees will be decorated at the Wayne City Auditorium on Wednesday, November 20 with public viewing and voting from Thursday, November 21 - Saturday, November 23.

     *REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BY THURSDAY NOVEMBER 8TH. If we do not have at least 10 registrations, this event will not take place!

No Cost To Enter! Each participant is responsible for providing a tree and all decorating materials. Decorate your tree to promote your business/community group, any Christmas theme, or use our Christmas in Wayne Theme: Whoville Holidays. The possibilities are endless! Prizes will be given for 1st and 2nd place and voting is done by the community. 

1st Place Prize- $500 towards your Wayne America Business Membership for 2025 or $500 in Wayne America Chamber Bucks for non-business participants

2nd Place Prize- $400 towards your Wayne America Business Membership for 2025 or $400 in Wayne America Chamber Bucks for non-business participants

        Viewing and Voting of Trees: Thursday, November 21 - 5:00pm - 8:30pm Kiwanis will host Pictures with Santa at the City Auditorium. View and vote for trees while you wait or after you meet Santa. Friday, November 22 - 5:00 - 8:30pm and Saturday, November 23 - Attend the Rotary Club Soup Supper and view/vote for trees! Votes will be counted at 7:00pm. Winners will be announced at the event and on Facebook Live at 7:30pm.       

Parade of Lights- Thursday, November 21. Enjoy a festive night of lights on Main Street! Parade starts at 6th Street and proceeds south to 1st Street. Parade begins at 6:30pm.

Window Decorating Contest- View the festive window décor of our Wayne America businesses this holiday season! Participating stores have a chance to win prizes with Wayne America, Inc. Winner will be announced at the Holiday Chamber Coffee at State Nebraska Bank on Friday, December 20th.

Holiday Punch Card Promotion - November 21 – December 19 

Wayne America Business Members are FREE and $100 for non-business members to cover printing and promotion costs. The prize money is funded though the Wayne America Promotions Budget. Sign up and make payment by Thursday, November 8 to be listed on the punch card.

$700 in Chamber Bucks will be given away to shoppers. Three names will be drawn each week at Chamber Coffee beginning December 6 for $50 each with a final drawing for two $200 winners on December 20.

Each Punch Card represents $200 of purchases made at participating businesses.  As we continue to promote Shop Local, every Wednesday and Saturday will be double punch days. Other special double punch days will be November 21 Christmas in Wayne, November 29 Black Friday, and November 30 Shop Small Saturday. Completed punch cards should be left at your business. Our office will provide hole punchers to each business. Staff from the Wayne America office will pick up completed cards from your business each Thursday. We will draw from all the cards accumulated to date.

Window Decorating Contest

Open to all Wayne businesses. No cost to enter! Decorate your business's window(s) according to our Christmas in Wayne Theme: Whoville Holidays, or any Christmas theme you'd like. Windows will be judged on the week of December 16 and winners announced at the Holiday Chamber Coffee at State Nebraska Bank on Friday, December 20.

Parade route: Main Street, 6th Street to 1st Street

Line up: W 6th St. and Pearl and Lincoln Streets.

No Cost To Enter! Pre-registration is appreciated but not required. Line up in order of arrival. We ask that there be no conflicting live Santas in the parade. Santa will be hosted by Wayne America and lead the parade.
